Description

Tropical rainforests are more than just stunning ecosystems, they are the cornerstone of our planet's biodiversity and critical in maintaining the Earth’s climate. In this video, we team up with Professor Mark Mulligan to discover how human activities like mining, logging, and commercial farming have led to the destruction of large areas of rainforests, releasing stored carbon and altering the earth's climate. It is vital that we understand the threats facing these vital ecosystems to develop solutions to protect them for future generations.
