Description
The Southern Ocean, also known as the Antarctic Ocean, has a unique physical geography, playing a fundamental role in our climate and ecosystems. To explore this, we team up with oceanographer Dr. Yueng-Djern Lenn. For geographers, this story brings together our interdisciplinary understanding of oceans, climate, ecosystems, glaciation and cold environments.
