Over the last 150 years, global average temperatures have increased at an unprecedented rate because of man-made greenhouse gas emissions.

In this video, sponsored by the Geographical Association, we team up with Dr Melissa Lazenby and Ph.D researcher Daniel Koomson, to look at the main sources of anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions, including:

– Burning of fossils fuels

– Industry

– Agriculture

– Deforestation

– The cooling effect of aerosols
